Delivery on the same order day.
We deliver bouquets in accordance with the order, and if it is impossible to do this, we agree with the client on fundamentally important replacements.
We deliver bouquets at the agreed time +/- 30 minutes.
In order for the bouquet to fully match the bouquet in our catalog, it is advisable to make a reservation at least one week in advance.
To avoid delays, please ensure that the recipient information you provide is accurate and complete.
If at the time of delivery, the recipient is not at home, we have the right at our own choice: to leave flowers at the guard or at the recipient’s door. Re-delivery is possible with the extra shipping charge.
For high-quality and timely execution of your order, we recommend placing an order at least one day in advance.
You go to the “My Cart” page, where you can check the contents of the cart, add, if you wish, a product from the “Last Minute” section and go to the quick checkout page by clicking on the “Proceed to checkout” link.
On this page you fill in your data, recipient data, text for a message with a bouquet and pay for the order directly using one of the payment methods specified there.
